Relationships

As a business owner I would highly recommend that during the interviewing of the prospective employee or customer to be truthful. As an individual you did not like the bait and switch, therefore, neither will your prospective customer or employee. I believe in telling the truth, because at the end of the day, people judge you on whether you kept your word or not. If you come off being unethical or not truthful, then the relationship is not built on trust. Relationships not built on trust are not worth the added stress or headaches.
