Customer Service

Customer Service is something that would make or break a business. I do not care how great your work product is or the services you provide, if your customer service is not up to par, it will drive away even the most loyalist customer. I visited an establishment last week. The customer service from the phone call to showing up to the establishment was rude and unprofessional. I left there saying I will never return. The owner has been made aware of that this employee who answers the phone, greets the customers, and processes their orders is unprofessional. Also, the owner is aware that said employees acts like they do not want to work there too. To my fellow business owners, please remember that customers have options and if your customer service is not up to standard, you may go out of business. Hiring the wrong person could be the reason why you are not making a profit and seeing your customer base slimming down.
